This is a great shot and deserves to be posted as the shot of the day, but the time that the shot are selected is not fair to lots of other participants who post their photo at the end of a day.
I for instance post my photos after 1pm, and by then the choice of the shot that would be placed here is usually already selected and placed. So, photos from people like me would never get a fair chance to make it here :(
My advice would be to post a photo of the past day instead of the present day.
