landscapes of the season

We all know that as the seasons change so do our surroundings and our scenic landscapes. Although here in California the changes aren't always by the hand of Mother Nature and can be harder to find, I am still delighted by the visual signs of the season.

Show us how your landscapes are being transformed this time of year. What scenes are sweeping you off your feet?

I came upon a leaf in a mud puddle and decided to make it something else.

I love fall even if nothing spectacular happens to the trees in San Diego like it does in New England. Instead of reds and oranges, we turn different shades of gray and blue...and the sun always manages to take center stage here anyway. (We are in DESPERATE need of rain down here, though.)

It's still fairly warm around here, 70s during the day, 40-50s at night, so the real difference in the landscape is all the Christmas decorations going up (already!):

Anything from SS Maine Momma Kristin sweeps me off my feet! :)

I don't have a link but I just had to comment because I love the sight of the lifeguard towers all hunkered down for winter...it feels like home! The beach is my favorite place to be, especially in cool weather. Thanks for reminding me to get back out there.

Living in Taiwan tends to make me miss the changing of leaves during Autumn (my favorite season), but the seasons definitely change here too - from bright, sunny, and warm to cloudy, rainy, and a little bit chilly. During this time of year, clouds are continuously replaced with...more clouds. ;) But I do enjoy living here, even though sometimes this country can even make me miss the winter season of MI (one of my least favorite seasons). lol

The coming and going of the seasons *really* makes itself known here in Ireland!
Right now, it's all about:

- wet ground: http://www.flickr.com/photos/vanessa_r/4080253835/

- damp *everything* and grey skies: http://www.flickr.com/photos/vanessa_r/4080059469/in/photostream/

- the icy cold irish sea and brief blue sky mornings:

- rough, windy weather:

- and the odd bit of rainbow magic: http://www.flickr.com/photos/vanessa_r/4079967641/in/photostream/

happy weekend to one and all, Vx

My post consisted of the idea that even Mother Nature needs a break after hectic Summer -- When she is full blown busy making eveything vibrant and beautiful... its time for a nap... to relax... thus FALL. :) take a peek.

I strictly recommend not to hold back until you earn big sum of money to order different goods! You can get the business loans or student loan and feel yourself fine
