To Stop, To Breathe, To Listen

Spring is passing as quickly as it came and everyday I panic that I'm missing it, that I'm not paying close enough attention, that this is the last time there will ever be this spring, this flower, this sky, this particular green grass thriving once again through the cracks in the sidewalk, the little bits of ground between the bricks on the patio and my back door.

I worry about all this and then I worry about the worrying and then spring is gone, gone, gone away, just like the moment calling me to stop, to breathe, to listen. The only thing that helps is grabbing my camera on my way out the door and taking time to notice the flowers, to lean in to this very second, before it's too late.

+++++++++++++++++++++

What lovely bit of new life are you noticing this spring? Let's gather up the goodness of this season before it passes. Show us what's blooming wherever you live and your images will remind us that everything we need is always right here, right now, in this one perfect moment.

I read too many blogs where the writer is based in the south, so I've been very impatient for spring to arrive in the Northeast. But it is beginning. Here are two shots from last week.

Seems like spring has been going on for over a month in the southern states! Here "up north" my tulips are only 2 inches tall :(
I guess we just get to savor it all the more when it does come :)

Yay for spring! I'm tormented by the long hours that keep me in the office at the moment and I long to be outside, to see what's growing and reaching and unfurling. So my camera is always near to hand when I have downtime and I can snap the evidence that spring is indeed here. Here's hoping the sun keeps shining a while longer!

Last week I went into Joshua Tree National Park and captured a Red Barrel Cactus in bloom. They only bloom once a year so you have to get them while you can. At least now I have pictures to tide me over until next years blooms.

http://steviet365.blogspot.com/ My photo from yesterday, April 23rd. I took advantage of the beautiful day and just soaked it up with the company of my pup. It was wonderful and I want to remember it always.

The loans seem to be useful for people, which want to organize their company. As a fact, that is very easy to receive a commercial loan.
