2012 Photo Calendar

As Shutter Sisters, we automatically have a wonderful gift to give others. Our perspective of the world is reflected in our photography and should be shared with others. Women tend to be more thoughtful and emotional than our male counterpart (I'm being completely stereotypical) and as photographers we express ourselves creatively with our images. The combination means that we need to be sharing our talents with the ones we love.

So in order to help you share your gift with others, I'd like to share this photo calendar template with you. This cute little calendar has become somewhat of a tradition around here and it's always a big hit during the holidays.

The files include basic instructions for creating your custom calendar pages in Photoshop. Then just print them on some photo paper or cardstock and cut them out.

These templates are sized to fit in a cd jewel case, but they can also be fastened together with a binder clip and hung on the wall. If you choose to use a cd jewel case, you'll just need to carefully take apart the case and put it back together so that it stands up like the photo above.

I love these templates. Hope you'll develop some in the future that include significant US holidays though so I don't have to either write them in by hand or come up with my own method to digitally add them.

The templates are great. My suggestion for the 2013 calendar is that you add January 2014 as a 13th month. Many of the recipients of my calendars really appreciate the ability to look ahead, especially those who may not receive the calendar until the holidays.

Oh I so appreciate these calendar templates. I gave them as gifts last year for Christmas and this year I want to do the same and also perhaps sell a few at a craft show I will be in in November. Are you planning on doing this again for 2013? So hope so, and if you are could we please have them just a little earlier this year in time to prepare?? Thank you so much.

I would like to add my gratitude to all those above. I have used the template for the past three years. In 2011 I did a "Random Acts of Art" which was pictures of my paintings for family and friends. In 2012 I did a collection of photos titled "The Artist's Camera".
