2012 Photo Calendar

As Shutter Sisters, we automatically have a wonderful gift to give others. Our perspective of the world is reflected in our photography and should be shared with others. Women tend to be more thoughtful and emotional than our male counterpart (I'm being completely stereotypical) and as photographers we express ourselves creatively with our images. The combination means that we need to be sharing our talents with the ones we love.

So in order to help you share your gift with others, I'd like to share this photo calendar template with you. This cute little calendar has become somewhat of a tradition around here and it's always a big hit during the holidays.

The files include basic instructions for creating your custom calendar pages in Photoshop. Then just print them on some photo paper or cardstock and cut them out.

These templates are sized to fit in a cd jewel case, but they can also be fastened together with a binder clip and hung on the wall. If you choose to use a cd jewel case, you'll just need to carefully take apart the case and put it back together so that it stands up like the photo above.

Thank you so very much! I used this template last year and had the photo cover the entire area. Then I positioned the date area (with white background removed) as appropriate to the individual photo. Outlining/stroking the date text made it easier to read.
This is going to be my project this weekend...fun!!!

Oh -- one question. If I want to print these two to an 8 1/2 by 11 page, is there an easy way to do this so that the crop marks still show up when I print?

I have been making jewel case calendars for several years now for my daughter's aunts and uncles that we don't see very often. They get a different image of her every month from the year previous. wow great idea but one question I am trying to get these printed and since I don't have my own printer I have uploaded to a few spots but they aren't coming out correctly in the preview it cuts off part of the picture. any tips or tricks to get these to print correctly??
