refresh

I have a confession to make!

Are you ready?

Here goes......

I'm a diet coke addict! Seriously... I've had an ongoing love affair with diet coke since high school! I know I'm not alone. Anyone else out there, LOVE it too? I know it's really BAD for me. So, once again, I'm cutting back and trying to kick my DC habit. :)

My latest DC substitute is lemon water. And I have to say, it's not nearly as refreshing as an ice cold can of diet coke.

Today, snap a pic of your fav refreshing drink of choice and share it with us. I can not wait to see what you all are sipping!

I don't have a picture but i am so with you...love DC and hate it all at the same time. My kids even moan at me about drinking it, i gave it up for about 6 weeks a while ago but its creeping back in again. Its hard to find a subsitute.
Im in the UK so not sure if you have elderflower presse in the States. But i have that mixed with some icy cold fizzy water, its sweet but natural, not sugary and you get the fizz from the sparkle in the water. Sweet.
here's a link to bottlegreen...

I gave up Diet Coke completely on August 12, 2010 and I still miss it every day. That is how I know I have a true problem. I haven't had one since and because I still crave it I refuse to drink it again. It is a slippery slope and giving it up gave me the most violent head aches. That alone I am not willing to endure again.

Anyway yes from one DC addict to another it really is the most refreshing. YUM.
I LOVE lemon water !! And I am sorry about your DC addiction...but your body will be so much better for it...really :D in the end you'll be glad you gave it up. Have a great day!

I'm addicted to tea . . . any kind, hot, cold, you name it. In fact, my first morning cuppa was drained by the time I read this post. (Had to shoot it with my iPhone, processed with 100 Cameras Zen A Glowing Ember.)

Normally, I would be drinking coffee or a latte or some other type of coffee/espresso drink but I gave up caffeine for Lent! (Only one more week till I can indulge...) The Boyfriend also gave up alcohol so that leaves us with pretty limited beverage options. We decided to make some homemade lemonade a couple weekends ago and have continued making it ever since. (This weekend - blackberry lemonade!)

Diet Mt. Dew is my addiction, and so hard to cut back!

My favorite regular is coffee -

And my guilty pleasure is sparkling... pretty much anything. This is one of my favorite shots of a sparkling beverage, with a juicy mango! Nothing like breakfast on the Hawaiian coast.

I am a total Diet Coke addict and I just can't bring myself to give it up......yet. That is my plan for possibly later this year. I know its horrible for me, but I have given up some other things and can't do it all at once. I totally admire you for doing it!! Especially since I don't have the will power to do it! Good Luck!

I love diet coke too and I am so addicted. I live in Huaraz, Peru and they call it Coca-Cola light here and where i live they don't have it all the time so when they don't have it in stores i spend my time wishing they did :) There's nothing quite like an icy diet coke with a straw for some refreshment. I also like coffee, but i can only drink it in the morning or i'll never get to sleep.

I'm a complete Diet Coke addict too. But I'm with Sarah and can't bring myself to give it up. I tried before and it wasn't pretty, so I admire you for doing it. Good luck!! I'll be rooting, because if you give it up that means there is more in the world for me ;-) LOL.

I've gotta agree with you on the diet Coke thing. I may not be quite so addicted as you, but I do need a couple cans of the stuff to get me through a day. ; )

What, no diet Dr Pepper addicts here?

Once you're a DP addict, it's hopeless. I know a lot of them. If we created a DPaholics Anonymous, all we would do is sit and drink. And I don't think I'm going to take a picture of it because there's no way I could make it look as refreshing and beautiful as your lemon drink.

Maybe I should take a picture of it and make it look as awful as possible, so I could begin to give it up. ? think?

Hi! For years I was hooked on diet coke. Then I switched to fizzy water - when really cold it gave me that same feeling. Pretty soon (months) I was able to switch to regular water. So glad I made the change. Hope that helps :-)

I do so love cold H2O, but I just wasn't getting the photo I wanted. As Friday night comes to a close...I'm setting my sights on something different.

Why is Diet coke so addicting? I love it so and usually have one can a day. But I do crave it and wonder why...I swear is something in it that makes it addicting.

ah my friend, DC isn't for me, but coffee...mmmm...I adore the smell and the taste and I try to cut back, I just love my daily indulgence. BTW, I agree, lemon water is so much prettier than DC or coffee! :) xxo ps. i love the new lens you are using! :)

Listening to the familiar whisper Qinghuan, watching the sleeping beside Zhu Di's face, she suddenly lost heart and strengthened.

Then in the coming days, perhaps God Chuilian, Zhu Di is not crazy like that day discount coach handbagsstartled, just stdiscount coach handbagsay out of his palace refused to step.

Until today can only really know all to every trick Zhu Di, she can not tell what kind of mind the taste, is the joy of Zhu Di, coach outlet handbagsdisease-free? Zhu Di or deception on the Yuanguai? Yang or other? She did not know, I really do not know, just tears, will be looked at Zhu Di to tears just can not stop.

Your pic is lovely, so pretty and soft :).

I drink coke zero sometimes though I prefer tea these days, and I remember drinking lots of diet coke at uni years ago because you could pull all nighters on it studying! oops .. ;), my shady past.

Mine is here.

I don't have any pictures of it but I love Diet Pepsi. However, my favorite adult drink is a fresh strawberry daiquiri.

Here is a pic I made last summer to encourage people to carefull as they work outside in the heat. To make sure they rest and get enough water.
