Only Love

"Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that." – Martin Luther King, Jr.

In honor of the spirit of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. today, may we focus on light and love.

Light and love as I've seen it recently in my family.

Beautiful quote. And it resonates so deep within my soul. Somehow lately I have had so many conversations with people about this subject. It seems that more and more people seem to realize the truth in this.

I celebrated the birthday of my love this weekend. We decorated the house with flowers and baked all kinds of sweetness to celebrate with all of our loved ones. In the end that is what life is all about, isn't it?

Light and love indeed. We recently lost my father-in-law to pneumonia and I think of him today-- in an interracial marriage at a time when it was discouraged, and I'm glad he was able to see his children grow up to live in a world where they're free to live and love whomever they want.

Giving thanks for my multi-cultural, multiracial family on this MLK day.

A candle to light the winter gloom and remind us of the love which surrounds us:

Love that as photographers we see light in a whole new perspective and that brings new meaning to this quote and how powerful light can be.

family is the gift of God and i think that without family life will be very difficult.Every one want to do some thing for his family.and rely love my family and each member of my family.when i see my childhood picture so i realize the love of my mother.Every one love you but they will have their own interest but in mother love their is no interest and it is true love.so i love you picture and i remember my childhood picture.

Beautiful quote. I never tire of reading/hearing it. What an amazing man and such a loss when he died.
