weekending by Tamar Haytayan

Tamar Haytayan shoots images like this with her Nikon D80 and D5100 and spends her weekends with her family in beautiful rainy Vancouver, relaxing, cooking, clicking, and trying to find some time for herself in between.

Tamar can be found online on her blog Colour of Pomegranates and on Flickr.

What does your weekend look like?

HEY! It doesn't rain here ALL the time! We just tell people that so the whole world doesn't move here! Truly, we live in paradise. I'm heading out to my first picnic of the year in beautiful Stanley Park with highs today of 14C. I've got my camera, so maybe after the weekend, I'll have some photos to show you how beautiful it is here!

We have some dry, sunny weather here in the Northwest. I took my camera into a land preserve close by which I have been photographing in each season. I caught an eagle soaring above.

A weekend wouldn't be complete without a walk with the dog!

I am not a dog owner... but I had a pretty furry weekend at the Brooklyn Mutt Show. Some dogs were so funny!

My weekend was not nearly as beautiful as this pic. I'm still recovering the the marathon I ran last weekend. Thank God my mom has been in town to watch over my little guy.
