a moment in between

I've been busier than ever this summer with travel. Some work, some play, some more work and so it's been going and will continue to go through the next few months. Traveling means a lot of moments spent in between. Now that summer is clearly in full swing, chances are I'm not the only one who has been taking a trip or two. My guess is you've been on a journey yourself, of one kind or another.

Today, as we begin a new week of stolen moments, let's see your travel shots; your moments between point A and point B where a click of your shutter says it all.

I'm not sure if I'd consider this a 'stolen' moment...but definitely a vacation moment worth recording:

Being in the sky is one of my favourite places in the world to be! Thanks for a great topic!

We do very little traveling, but we did manage to make it to Michigan last month for a cousin's graduation. After a long drive with four small children, but before we were due to meet family for dinner, we unwound on the beach.

from last years's road trip. texas to florida. a cell phone shot - i just pointed the phone off to my right side (i was, after all, driving across a bridge) and shot. it was exactly perfect.

On long stretches of Wyoming freeway, we would go 'Dorito surfing'. (holding your hand out the car window with a Dorito underneath like a surfboard!) It was so much fun! This is definately an in-between-moment!
