When life gets hectic and we forget about ourselves it's important to check-in from time to time. Take a moment to do a little self-reflection today. Find a quiet moment and ask yourself some check-in questions: How do I feel today? What am I grateful for? What could make me happier?

Lately I'm craving time spent outdoors alone with my camera. I'd love to find a quiet spot and spend the morning shooting for fun. It's been a while since I've done anything like that but I know it would be refreshing.

If you have a recent self-portrait or just a photo that prompts some self-reflection please share it with us today.

Lately, I've been following another blogger's lead and posting a "photo dump"
of recent, personal photos
instead of my usual one-photo post.
The blogger with the photo dump idea is TexWisGirl at The Run*A*Round Ranch Report.
Since my comments on this site won't appear if I include a blog link,
I will just say that my post is dated Thursday, September 20, 2012
and is titled "There is nothing lacking".
A double reflection of me is the last photo.

We all need time for solitude and reflection...
it's wonderful you have recognized yours and will take steps to give yourself this :)
Love your photo!
