Leap of Faith
I am forever fascinated by feet shots. Funny thing, since my feet are far from pretty. There is just something about them I find fascinating and common all at once. Seeing where others stand, how they stand, what they have on their feet, all catch my eye and hold my attention. Some bare foot and carefree, perhaps dipping their toes in new waters. Others pretty and feminine in a great pair of heels, headed for a night out. Some commemorating a place, or time, or perhaps simply celebrating a new pair of shoes. What girl doesn't love that?
Lately I am loving shots of leaping, lifting off, and jumping. There is just something utterly joyful and hopeful in these shots. So what are you feeling today? Are you feeling grounded? Or are you ready to take a leap with me?
Show us where you stand.

Your shot is gorgeous, as always.
This was taken yesterday. The leaves were so beautiful I stopped my truck, hopped out on the side of the road, & seized the moment.

flip flops that will not be given up by a certain 4 year old, even though she is kicking dried leaves with them.
I am fairly new here, but I took these shots of my 2 y.o.'s feet yesterday, and thought I'd play along.

I have to try and take a picture of JUMP!
I often catch my feet on the ground, as you can see in this set:
http://www.flickr.com/photos/juliealvarez/sets/72157610880545412/
(Or down on the bed or couch!:

http://www.flickr.com/photos/juliealvarez/3209386717/in/set-72157610880545412/)
and wow jump shots are not easy. or at least not for me. it took quite a few jumps and clicks of my remote. over and over and over. i got 2 that were usable of the lot. it was probably quite funny to watch me.
2 things:
1. How can I get a print of this?! I am in love.
2. So happy you will be a regular contributor!!!! We are all so lucky for this.
