A boy and his book.

Lately our youngest has fully embraced reading, he's finally discovered the joy of submerging himself into a good book and he brings his book with him everywhere.

This love of books has prompted me to start a new iphoneography series and I'm loving the challenge of his book moments… photographing the different places and ways he's been reading.

bbq moments

Maybe it's because I'm British, because at the first glimpse of sunshine, we bring out the flip flops, stoke up the BBQ and start mixing the Pimms.

Anyway whatever the reason. Our family loves BBQ-ing. I see our little black BBQ as an extension of the kitchen, and we fire it up whenever we can.

This is summer. Cooking and sharing food together in the outdoors. These are our summer moments.

Oh my gosh... I'm loving Colour Month SO much!. I hope you are too?

We're half way through, with loads of colour being captured on instagram & shared the Flickr pool, you must take a look at the rainbow that's growing over there, it's breathtaking: lime green, yellow, mustard yellow, yellow orange, orange, carnation pink, magenta, red, Wow! did I say I'm loving it?.

There is still more to come...I can't wait to see all.

Colour month

For those of you who don’t know - I love colour... I love to shoot it, wear it, play with it... I’d dance and sing with it, if I could!

Colour is one of the main driving forces in my photography... I don’t think you can ever have too much colour!

So we’d like to invite you to join us celebrating colour all month long.  That's right, this month's new One Word is COLOR!

Let’s seek out different colours each day and post them in the one word group. You can take up the challenge to shoot a different shade each day, or go through your archives and add it to the pool. To keep the Flickr pool looking totally fabulous, please only upload the colour of that day... you’ll see why as the group fills up, it looks SO pretty.

How about adding even more colour to your life?
